It gives a good body and mind high while letting you sleepI got the ice cream cake flavor it has a good body and mind high it’s better for night time use if you are a lightweight but if you can handle a lot you may be able to use it for daytime it only takes me 4 hits to be couch locked I love it because it helps with my anxiety and insomnia if I just want to relax and have fun 2 hits will work it’s an amazing brand it’s worth the buy
