RelaxingI ate one piece on one day, and the other on a separate day, so I can't speak to how it would be to eat both in one session. That said, I found it relaxing and just slightly sedating, but not a heavy body load. It's the first time I've had kanna, so I'm not sure how much of the effect was from that rather than the nootropic mushrooms.
